Tattvamasi Ashram

Tattvamasi Ashram is a charitable organization which works for the spiritual upliftment of human beings and is engaged in selfless service to mankind. Its main object is to guide the spiritual seeker on his path to eternal Peace and God-realization in this human life itself.

The Ashram was founded on the very auspicious day of Vaishakh Shukla Paksha Akshaya Triteeya of Vikram Samvat 2066 (27th April 2009) by His Holiness Shrimat Swami Vishwatmananda Giri ji Maharaj, who himself is a great Sadhaka, an expert in Pranayama, a practitioner of Hatha-Yoga and a passionless Sannyasi Monk - a true symbol of renunciation.

Due to his reclusive nature Swamiji had no wish to establish an Ashram. But his devotees, by seeing his age and stage of Sadhana, have requested Swamiji to establish a place where they can pursue their Sadhana. Swamiji has accepted their request and thus the Ashram came into existence.

The main aim of the Ashram is to guide the Sadhakas and spiritual seekers on the path of Moksha (Salvation), so that they can be freed from the cycle of life and death.
